Digital Products
All digital product purchases are final and non-refundable. Digital products provide access to downloadable files, templates, prompts, workflows, and educational materials after purchase.
Service Deposits
AI Business Buildout deposits are also non-refundable. Deposits reserve project time, begin the intake process, and hold implementation availability.
Access or Delivery Help
If you cannot access your files, did not receive the access email, or believe a purchased file is missing, email info@startscalr.com with your order email, product name, and a short description of the issue. Support can help with access and delivery, but this does not create refund eligibility.
